Overview
Echoes: Revisiting Memory is a juried art exhibition at Crooked Tree Arts Center in Petoskey. The exhibition explores how memories lose their clarity and change as we revisit environments and places that shape our experiences. Artists are invited to submit original 2-D and 3-D works created within the past 3 years that engage the theme both literally and metaphorically.
Eligibility
- Open to artists residing in Michigan, Ohio, Minnesota, Indiana, Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Ontario, Canada
- Must be at least 18 years old

Media & Format
Submit up to 3 works in any visual medium. Image files must be JPEG or JPG format, 1,200 pixels or greater on the longest side, under 5 MB, and in RGB color profile.

What to Submit
- Up to 3 original works created within the past 3 years
- Include title, medium, size, and retail price (or NFS) for each work
- Include a narrative statement describing how your work relates to the theme
Delivery & Return Shipping
Invited works must arrive during the delivery window September 1-5, 2026, or by prior arrangement with the Visual Arts Director by August 18. Artists are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipped work must include return shipping labels. Unsold artwork must be picked up during gallery hours between November 3-7, 2026. Works with return shipping arrangements will be returned within 2 weeks of the exhibit's end.
