Overview
The 5th Annual Kierland Fine Art & Wine Festival is an award-winning event held on Main Street in Kierland Commons, an upscale outdoor lifestyle destination in North Scottsdale. Vermillion Promotions invites applications from artists to be among 150 premier artists selected for this prestigious weekend event. The festival features 16 wineries, live entertainment, sidewalk cafes, and chef-driven restaurants, and has become Arizona's largest and most anticipated Fine Art & Wine event of the season.

Eligibility
- Original work only; all work must be designed and created by the artist
- Emerging artists may apply
- Artists may apply in more than one category but must provide images for each medium
- Booth image must showcase work in the categories for which you are applying
- Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax number required prior to setup
Application Requirements
- One booth display image and 4 images of current work required (3 images minimum, 4 maximum total)
- Entries will not be considered without a booth image
- Entries are juried; all categories must be approved before acceptance
- Images may be selected and used by Vermillion Promotions for marketing and publicity
- Submission limit: 2 entries per artist per category
Booth Information
- 10' x 10' = $450.00
- 10' x 15' = $550.00
- 10' x 20' = $850.00
- Set-up begins Friday 7:00 am – 9:00 pm or Saturday 7:00 am – 9:30 am
- All participants must be completely set up and ready by 9:30 am Saturday
- Space assignments made based on booth images, exhibit flow, and artist requests when possible
Fees
- Application fee: $30.00 (non-refundable)
- $35.00 fee for all bank-returned checks and cancellations
Display Requirements
- Clean white fire-retardant canopies and professional displays required
- Canopies must be properly weighted
- Tables must be draped to the ground
- Pro-panels and pedestals used to display work
- Staking or tying off to structures or trees prohibited
- All work, display, and storage must stay within designated space
- Exhibitor display must represent artwork submitted for jury
