- December 19–20 (Load in Friday, Dec. 18)
- Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM all six days
- Load out immediately following the event on Sunday of each weekend
Vendor Requirements
- Vendors must commit to both days of a weekend; no single-day vendors allowed
- Vendors may participate in one, two, or all three weekends based on invitation
- Vendors selecting multiple weekends must choose consecutive dates
- Vendors accepted for 2 or 3 weekends may keep booth set up between weekends; the building will be locked and secured
