Overview
Studio ACE presents Unbound 2: Anything Goes, a juried exhibition celebrating creativity and expression in all its forms. This open-themed show welcomes painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, printmaking, mixed media, digital art, and experimental work that defies categorization. The exhibition honors process over perfection, passion over polish, and the playful spirit that drives bold artistic exploration.
Key Dates
- Submission Deadline: Sunday, August 16, 2026, at Midnight (PST)
- Notification of Accepted Work: Friday, August 21, 2026
- Artwork Drop-off: Friday & Saturday, September 11 & 12, 2026 (11:00am–2:00pm)
- Exhibition Dates: Saturday, September 19 – Thursday, October 22, 2026
- Opening Reception: Saturday, September 19, 2026 (5:00–7:00 pm)
- Artwork Pick-up: Saturday, October 24, 2026 (11:00am–2:00pm)
Eligibility
Open to international artists. Work must be original to the artist and must be for sale.
Media & Size Requirements
- Submit 3–20 images of your work
- 2-D artworks must measure no more than 24 inches in any direction, including frame, and must be ready to hang with attached D-rings and picture hanging wire
- 3-D sculptural artwork must fit on a pedestal no more than 14 inches wide, 14 inches deep, and 24 inches high
- Weight limit for all artworks is 35 pounds (including packaging if shipped)
- Artwork requiring electrical connections cannot be accommodated
- All artwork must arrive ready to install
Submission Limit
- Maximum 1 submission per artist
Fees & Sales Commission
No entry fee. All artwork sales split 60% to the artist and 40% to ACE Gallery. The sale price listed by the artist when applying is final and may not be changed after acceptance.
Important Notes
- No accepted work may be substituted or exchanged for any reason
- Work requiring special handling must be installed and removed by the artist
- An artist bio and brief information about the artwork, along with a photo, is encouraged for the Gallery Bio Book (submit as 8½ x 11 PDF to [email protected])
