Overview
2026 Wearable Art invites submissions from artists working within fiber-based and quilting mediums. We welcome original, handmade, and unconventional garments and accessories that treat the body as a canvas, including pieces that move beyond traditional apparel and embrace sculptural, experimental, and conceptual approaches.

Eligibility
- Open to artists nationally
- Work must be created using fiber-based and textile techniques, including quilting, felting, weaving, stitching, embroidery, crocheting, knitting, wearable sculpture, and mixed-media practices
- Pieces that move beyond traditional apparel, embracing sculptural, experimental, and conceptual approaches to wearable art are especially welcome
- Functional fashion, avant-garde garments, accessories, and bold wearable statements that challenge conventional definitions of dress are welcome
Application & fees
- Non-refundable entry fee: $25 (Members: $20) for one work
- Each artist may submit up to five works at $10 per additional image
- Payments and submissions made through CaFÉ (callforentry.org)

Terms of entry
- All work must be for sale or valued for insurance purposes
- View retains a 35% commission on all entries sold
- Works will be insured by View for the duration of the exhibition
- Work must remain on display for the duration of the exhibition
- All shipping is at the expense of the artist
- View reserves the right to utilize all images submitted in promotion of the exhibition
Display
Artists are encouraged to provide any specialized display materials needed for presentation, such as mannequins or custom supports.
