Eligibility

• Must live and work in Colorado
• Open to artists at all career stages
• Work must respond to the festival theme of Resonance (conceptual, abstract, and personal interpretations encouraged)
• Eligible media: painting, photography, works on paper, and mixed media (prints and reproductions not eligible)
• All artwork must be available for sale and not under exclusive gallery representation that prohibits exhibition or sale

Submission Requirements

Applicants must submit 1-3 high-resolution images of proposed artwork(s), along with title, medium, dimensions, and year of creation for each work, an artist statement describing the work and its relationship to the exhibition theme, a brief artist biography (maximum 500 words), and proof of Colorado residency (current address).

Artwork Requirements

• Must be available for sale
• Must not be under exclusive gallery representation that prohibits exhibition or sale without gallery consent
• Artist must be willing to deliver and retrieve artwork from downtown Boulder venue (no transportation services provided)
• Must be available for exhibition from installation date through August 31, 2026
• Must arrive ready for installation with appropriate hanging hardware (D-rings and wire preferred; sawtooth hangers not accepted)
• Must be in good condition and suitable for public display
