About
Apply to lead a curated series of three public performing arts programs at ISSUE Project Room during the 2027 season.
Overview
ISSUE Project Room announces the 2027 Suzanne Fiol Curatorial Fellowship, which supports an emerging New York-based curator in the organization and presentation of challenging and innovative performing arts projects during the 2027 season. The fellowship honors Suzanne Fiol (1960–2009), founder and visionary behind ISSUE's commitment to expanding the boundaries of artistic practice.
About the Fellowship
The Fellowship provides a platform and support structure for the development and presentation of a series of events across the course of a year. Curatorial Fellows are evaluated on the inventiveness, artistic strength, feasibility, and relevance of their projects to ISSUE's broader mission. Applicants should focus on articulating how the fellowship can assist the development and evolution of the curator's creative practice.
