Submit 1–5 original artworks completed within the last two years in 2D, 3D, mixed media, or photography for juried selection and potential exhibition.

The 63rd Stockton Art League Juried Exhibition returns to the Haggin Museum. Established in 1951 to recognize, promote, and reward excellence in Northern California art, the exhibition has grown into a national juried competition showcasing 2D and 3D artworks. The exhibition is presented in partnership with the Stockton Art League, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting art education and fostering visual arts development for all ages throughout Stockton and San Joaquin County.

Open to U.S.-based artists working in all visual media, excluding video and installation art.

2D, 3D, Mixed Media, & Photography. Acceptable works include, but are not limited to: painting, drawing, printmaking, photography (analog and digital), sculpture, ceramics, fiber, mixed media, assemblage, and other contemporary or traditional practices. Due to space and equipment limitations, video, sound-based work, and large-scale installation are not eligible.

Work must be original, completed within the last two years, and not have been previously shown in any exhibition at the Haggin Museum. Original work means artwork that is conceived and executed by the artist. Work may be based on reference material; however, it must demonstrate substantial creative transformation and may not be a direct copy of another artist's work or photograph. If reference images or source material created by another person are used, the artist must have permission from the original author and provide proper credit.

Artwork should be no larger than 48 inches in any direction, including the frame. Sculptures are limited to 48 inches in any direction and should not exceed 150 lbs., including the base. For sculptures under protective plexiglass, size restrictions are under 18" in height and width to accommodate clearance.
