The fully-funded ON::View Artist Residency provides free studio space with large windows overlooking Bull Street (Savannah's main thoroughfare), private off-campus housing, and a stipend for an artist or curator to complete a new project, continue in-progress work, or conduct research. The studio offers high visibility, allowing residents' work to be on view to the community at all times, with visitors witnessing the creative process as it unfolds.

The ON::View Artist Residency is the only one of its kind in Savannah and provides free studio space with high visibility, private living accommodations, and financial support to creatives working in all media. Community engagement opportunities include lectures, workshops, and public art projects.

The selection committee conducts two rounds of jurying with interviews scheduled for select applicants.
