Overview
The 23rd Annual Downtown Aspen Art Festival is a 3-day outdoor art fair held in Paepcke Park on Aspen Main Street. Howard Alan Events, America's leading producer of juried street festivals for over 40 years, brings a high-end buying crowd to this prestigious Colorado location. The show is currently closed; all applications are being juried for wait list only.

- Booth size: 10×10 (10×20 limited; double booth image must be submitted and approved)
- Submit 3 images of work
- Submit 1 image of 10×10 outdoor display with white canopy tent (INDOOR displays will NOT be accepted)
- Submit biography or website of yourself and your work
Fees & Payments
- Jury/application fee: $35.00 (non-refundable)
- Booth fee: $725.00 (paid directly to Howard Alan Events, not Zapp)
- If invited and show is more than 30 days away: $50 deposit allowed; balance due no later than 30 days before event or $50 late fee applies
- If applying within 30 days of show: $50 late fee applies
- Credit cards or checks accepted; $36 bank fee charged on returned checks
Jury & Selection
This competitive show is limited by venue capacity and chosen by a jury of highly qualified, experienced artists meeting weekly. The show is currently closed; all applications will be juried for wait list only. Artists will be called from the wait list by category as cancellations are received and may accept or decline the invitation.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation must be made in writing (preferably email) at least 60 days prior to show
- If cancelled with proper notice: receive show credit (good for 2 years) for all show fees paid; application fees non-refundable
- If cancelled within 60 days: liable for full balance; no credit issued
- No refunds unless show is cancelled with ample time prior to scheduled date; rain-or-shine policy applies
