Rose Squared Fall Chester Craft Show 2026

Overview

The 53rd Annual Rose Squared Fall Chester Show is a partnership with the Historic Chester Business Association, featuring 174 artisans and crafters on a gated field with 13,500+ patrons in 2025. Professional staff onsite during the entire show, overnight security, extensive marketing, and booth options ranging from field spaces to premium Park Avenue locations.

Submission & Jury Process

Blind jury online process with 3 art professionals. Artists submit 4 images of art and 1 booth image; artists are assigned a number and judged only on digital images without disclosure of identity. Scores are averaged together. Apothecary, Artisanal Food, Jewelry, and Wood categories are currently full and accepting artists will be automatically waitlisted with no jury fee refund.

• Food Vendors: $50 health department mandatory fee (pass through to Borough)

Eligibility & Requirements

Artists must have a valid NJ Sales Tax Certificate displayed in booth. Certificate of Insurance naming Rose Squared Art Shows/Art-Linx as additionally insured is required, due 45 days before the show. Jewelry must be applied for separately; you cannot showcase jewelry unless accepted in that category. Multiple applications permitted if work is in different media categories. No grandfather status.

Show Features

Booths on grass with free artist parking. Gated entrance. Professional staff onsite during the entire show. Overnight security. Extensive marketing and PR including active promotion on Rose Squared and HCBA websites with artwork images, email contact, and business website links.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fees are not refundable or transferable. There are no rain dates. Rain or shine policy applies; no refunds for weather, forces of nature (hurricanes, tornados, floods, earthquakes, pandemics), or accidents. Shows canceled with ample time prior to the scheduled date may receive refunds; shows canceled after logistical and advertising arrangements are made will not be refunded.
