Overview
Boutique Art & Craft show featuring creatives and artists along the lawns of Medalie Park off Boardman River. Focus is on handmade and artist-designed items, but the jury will consider unique/creative gift ideas, authors, inventors, and designers for holiday gift giving. Less competition, less crossover booths, and more potential to connect with shoppers.

- Submission deadline: July 16, 2026
- Event: Saturday & Sunday, July 18–19, 2026, 10am–5pm
- Setup: Saturday 6:30am–9:30am (all vehicles must be off festival footprint by 9am)
Eligibility
Open to artists, crafters, inventors, designers, non-artist vendors, and emerging artists of all levels. Jewelry items of any material MUST apply in the jewelry category; if not juried into jewelry, may not be sold or displayed.
Entry & Application
- Application limit: 1 submission
- May apply to up to 2 categories
- Submit 4 images (min and max 4); total max 5 images
- Work selected by panel of qualified experts based on skill and quality
- Each event juried separately; participating in one does not guarantee acceptance every month
Booth Requirements
- Booth and a half and double booths available on limited basis
- Designated reserved unloading area; easy load in/out next to booth (weather permitting)
- No feather flags, easels, or non-banner signage in walkways or attached to tents
- No colored tent sides during event hours
- No pets allowed
Fees
Early-bird discount available: $50–$250 off if paid before May 18. Standard rate $300 if paid after May 18 (exact base fee not specified). Sponsors start at $600.
Marketing & Support
- Participating artists listed on Facebook event page
- Marketing includes social media ads, posters, rack cards, local tourism websites, local area signs, and print ads
- Staff support on location throughout event
Additional Information
Only 80 booth spaces available. Categories capped with no more than 25% jewelry. Booth checks conducted Friday morning. Setup email sent approximately 30 days before event. Booth numbers assigned at check-in.
