The 43rd Annual Port Clinton Art Festival is a highly acclaimed outdoor art festival located in the affluent community of Highland Park, Illinois, attracting more than 100,000 art savvy, loyal attendees and buyers annually. Highland Park is a community where more than 60% of households have incomes of $100,000 or more, and about 28% have incomes of $200,000 plus. Artists are encouraged to submit their very best images in jury selection, which is very competitive.
