The 51st annual Art in the Barn juried fine art festival will be held on the sprawling grounds of Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington, IL, located 35 miles northwest of Chicago. This open-air event features over 175 juried artists exhibiting and selling fine art in rustic barns, farm buildings, and artist-provided tents, alongside live music, entertainment, food vendors, and children's art.

What began in 1974 as a modest art show has grown to be one of the most unique, high-quality, and well-attended art festivals in the Chicago area. Art in the Barn is a major fund-raising event of Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, with proceeds used to fund scholarships for students pursuing careers in healthcare and to support hospital expansion initiatives and programs designed to enhance the patient experience.
