Overview
Small Works: Harvest Light is a juried small works exhibition celebrating the seasonal shift from summer to fall. Artists are invited to submit their interpretations of these seasonal changes, including garden and farm harvests, autumn color, bird migration, back-to-school and other themes related to the end of summer.

- Entry Deadline: Friday, July 17, 2026
- Acceptance Notification: Thursday, July 23, 2026
- Artwork Drop off: Monday, August 10, 2026, noon to 2pm or Wednesday, August 12, 2026, noon to 2pm
- Exhibition: August 14 – November 1, 2026
- Artwork Pick up: Monday, November 2, 2026, noon to 2pm or Wednesday, November 4, 2026, noon to 2pm
Eligibility
Local and regional artists (New England & Upstate NY encouraged).
Media & size
- All 2-D media welcome: painting, drawing, printmaking, collage, mixed media
- Photography and digital media not accepted
- 192 square inches or smaller (example: 12x16"). Frame not included in size limit.
- Must be framed and wired for hanging; gallery-wrapped canvases not allowed
Fees
- $25 for first two entries
- $10 for each additional submission up to a total of 5
- Entry fees are non-refundable

- Peoples' Choice – $150
Sales & commission
Works must be for sale. NFS is not allowed. Maximum price is $1200. The MAC Center will retain a 35% commission on sales.
How to enter
Hand delivery only. Submit high-quality JPEG images via ShowSubmit. Payment by credit or debit card using secure checkout. You may edit your entry until July 17, 2026. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
