The City of Auburn is seeking applications from Washington State artists to vend handmade art and crafts at the 2026 Postmark Center for the Arts Holiday Market on December 5, 2026.

The City of Auburn, WA is seeking applications for art vendors for the 2026 Postmark Center for the Arts Holiday Market, taking place on December 5, 2026. This Holiday Market will be a small, cozy experience for holiday shoppers interested in unique, handmade arts by local creators. Selected artists will receive one 24" x 60" table to display a selection of their work for sale.

  • Submission deadline: August 19, 2026 at 10:59 p.m.
  • Vendors notified: Friday, August 21
  • Event date: December 5, 2026

We welcome all Washington State artists and craftspeople making unique, handcrafted, and accessibly priced work to apply. All applicants must be at least 18 years old. Everything sold at your booth must be handmade by the artist/creator/applicant.

  • Printmaking, painting, drawing, mixed media, textiles, mosaic, glass, recycled materials, photography, calligraphy, collage, fiber art, ceramics, jewelry, metal sculptures, etc.
  • $5 application fee
  • $35 table fee if accepted
  • 3-10 images of the type of work that would be sold at your table, including media and retail prices
  • A short 1-2 sentence bio or statement about your artwork that we can use for event promotions if selected
  • Any websites or social media handles that we can use to promote your work if selected

One 24" x 60" table with access to WiFi and restrooms. Set-up is 10:30am–12pm; event runs 12pm–4pm; take-down is 4pm–5pm. You are free to decorate your table as you please. Due to space constraints, decorations, display pieces, additional tables, or items for sale cannot extend more than 12 inches beyond the boundaries of your table so pathways are kept clear and ADA accessible. Display pieces behind your table are permitted but may impede other artists. Display pieces must not lean against gallery walls, pose a hazard to gallery artwork, or be placed on gallery pedestals/vitrines.
