Overview
The American Society of Photographers invites members to submit photographic artwork for a 2027-2028 traveling exhibition titled "Of the World: Shaped by Light, Place, and Time." Photographers are encouraged to explore how light, place, and time shape the way we experience and understand the world around us—whether expressed through landscape, people, culture, objects, nature, or everyday moments.

Eligibility
- Current ASP members in good standing at time of entry and throughout exhibition period
- All ASP membership categories eligible, including First Time Degree Holders
- Artwork submitted to earlier collections is eligible if not previously exhibited in person
How to Enter
Submit up to 10 images on artcall.org. Images must be JPEG Quality 10, sRGB color space, 4,000 pixels on the longest side, maximum 10 MB. File naming format: LastName_FirstName_Title.jpg. No visible signatures, watermarks, logos, initials, or other identifying marks permitted.
Fees
- First 4 images: $125 Registration Fee
- Additional images: $30 each Submission Fee
- Maximum 10 entries
- Accepted artwork: $100 per accepted artwork to support handling, packing, storage, transportation, and exhibition logistics
- Artists responsible for printing, presentation, shipping to first venue, return shipping from final venue, and insurance
Awards & Exhibition Venues
- Up to 60 works will be selected, maximum 2 per artist
- Callanwolde Fine Arts Center, Atlanta, Georgia: August 12 - September 9, 2027 (Opening Reception August 12, 2027)
- Grapevine Tower Gallery, Grapevine, Texas: Mid-January - early March 2028 (Opening Reception February 4, 2028)
Sales Commission
Artwork is offered for sale at participating venues. Venue commissions may vary and may be as high as 50%. Artists should consider potential commissions when establishing pricing.
Jury
Entries will be reviewed by an independent jury of curators and artists independent of ASP or PPA: Samantha Aguilar, Catherine Couturier, and Ann George.
