MFA invites all MFA members to submit original 2D or 3D works created within the past 3 years for juried selection and exhibition.

The Maryland Federation of Art (MFA) invites all MFA members to submit original 2D or 3D works for juried selection. Selected works will be exhibited in MFA's Circle Gallery.

  • June 2: Online entry opens
  • August 5: Entry deadline
  • September 3: Notification at 5 PM
  • September 23–27: Accepted and shipped work must arrive at MFA Circle Gallery (11 AM–4 PM)
  • September 30: Exhibition opens; Virtual Awards Ceremony at 5:30 PM
  • October 24: Last day of exhibition; In-person reception at MFA Circle Gallery (4–6 PM)
  • October 25–26: Pick up hand-delivered work (11 AM–4 PM)
  • October 29: Shipped work will be sent

Entry is open to MFA members residing in any of the states or territories of the United States, Canada, or Mexico.

  • Maximum 6 original works created within the past 3 years may be entered
  • Maximum size cannot exceed 72″ in any direction
  • Work previously exhibited at MFA Circle Gallery is not eligible for re-entry
  • Video submissions: upload a still frame and include the video link in the Linked Web Resource field
  • 1 or 2 entries: $30
  • Up to 4 additional entries: $4.50 each
  • Entry fees are non-refundable

Artists will retain 70% from sales (75% for MFA members). MFA will retain 30% commission on any work sold through MFA (25% for MFA members at time of sale). All work must be for sale but may be set to Price on Request (POR).

Entering this exhibition indicates understanding and agreement with MFA's approved Statement of Equity and Diversity and MFA's General Guidelines. Images of accepted works may be used at MFA's sole discretion for promotional purposes. Work cannot be withdrawn before the end of the event. Non-member entrants with a discrepancy between entry fee paid and membership status must pay the difference before the display date or their work will not be shown to the juror.
