Rose Squared Fine Craft Fall is a juried outdoor fine craft show in Center City Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square, October 9–11, 2026. This is a strictly fine craft event—no apothecary, artisanal food, candles, drawing, painting, watercolor, or sculpture. Limited to 155 booths. The show features a robust crowd of wealthy patrons from the city, surrounding suburbs, New Jersey, and Delaware.

Open to fine craft artists. Jewelry category is currently closed for applications; artists applying in jewelry will be automatically waitlisted if accepted.

Submit 4 digital images of art and 1 booth image for blind jury review by 3 art professionals. Artists are assigned a number and judged only on digital images. Booth image should be taken from the front showing three walls without identifiable signage or the artist in the image. Artists may submit up to two applications if entering multiple categories (one per category).

Thursday timed load-in and setup; Sunday tear-down. No rain dates. Show is rain or shine and will only be cancelled if safety is deemed at risk by local, state, or federal authorities. No refunds issued unless show is cancelled with ample advance notice. All jury fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Certificate of insurance (COI) naming Rose Squared Art Shows/Art-Linx as additionally insured is required, due 45 days before the show. Rose Squared has negotiated ACT insurance discounts: $25 off ACT Pro (annual) with code rosesquared25, $5 off ACT Go (event) with code rosesquared5. Artists are responsible for proper insurance and protection of work and booth; Rose Squared is not responsible for damage due to weather, accidents, or unrelated incidents.

24-hour security provided by off-duty Philadelphia police. Professional staff onsite during the entire show. Gorgeous, picturesque park maintained by Friends of Rittenhouse. No pop-up tents of any design allowed; tent rental service available through The Tent Guys (contact Aldo, text 561-374-1783).
