Submit up to 6 original 2D artworks as high-resolution JPGs for a juried gallery wall exhibition exploring themes of inclusion, visibility, equity, and historical and cultural narratives.

The Southern California Women's Caucus for Art (SCWCA) invites women artists and self-identified women artists to submit original 2D artwork for A Place at the Table, a juried exhibition inspired by The Dinner Party by Judy Chicago. The exhibition explores themes of inclusion, visibility, equity, and the ongoing reexamination of historical and cultural narratives. Artists are encouraged to interpret the theme broadly, addressing concepts such as presence and absence, access and exclusion, identity, memory, labor, community, and the reclamation or creation of space. The notion of "the table" may be approached literally or conceptually, and work may reflect personal, social, or political perspectives.
