Overview

We invite you to apply to the 27th Annual Rose Squared Art Show Fall Brookdale Park. Our ambition is to be the best show possible for those exhibiting with us, and our commitment is to balance the show so it showcases artists' work as unique and provides the potential for sales. This show features a rolling jury until the limited number of spaces available are filled. Jewelry is closed for applications—you will automatically be waitlisted if accepted.

• October 16, 2026 (Friday): Set up 10am–6pm
• October 17, 2026 (Saturday): Set up 6:30am–8:30am; Show 10am–5pm
• October 18, 2026 (Sunday): Show 10am–5pm

Eligibility

Open to artists. Emerging artists are not eligible. Jewelry applicants will be automatically waitlisted if accepted. Multiple applications permitted for different media categories, with separate jury fees per medium.

Application & Jury Details

Submit 4 images of artwork plus 1 booth image. Maximum 3 submissions per artist. Rolling jury with images viewed simultaneously and artists reviewed in order of application submission. Jury consists of 3 art professionals. Jury fees are not refundable or transferable.

Jury Fees

• $35 per medium: December 1, 2025–January 31, 2026
• $45 per medium: February 1, 2026 until show is full

Booth Fees & Sizes

• 10'×10' Booth: $495 (by 3/15); $545 (3/16–6/1); $595 (6/2 onward)
• 10'×15' Booth: $645 (by 3/15); $695 (3/16–6/1); $745 (6/2 onward)
• 10'×20' Booth: $895 (by 3/15); $945 (3/16–6/1); $995 (6/2 onward)
• Corner booths: $125 extra
• Larger spaces available on request
• Ample storage behind booth

Show Features

Limited to 150 artists. Gorgeous park setting with ample storage and professional staff on-site. 24-hour security by county police. Extensive marketing and active promotion on the Rose Squared website with artwork images and links. Permanent bathrooms with cleaning staff. Estimated 15,000–18,000+ loyal patrons. Very limited tent rentals available—contact Rose Squared for details.

Refund Policy

Jury fees are not refundable or transferable. No refunds are issued unless the show is canceled with ample time prior to the scheduled date. Rain or shine policy: if canceled after logistical and advertising arrangements are made, or due to forces of nature (hurricanes, tornados, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, etc.), refunds will not be issued.

Insurance & Additional Information

• Certificate of Insurance (COI) required 45 days before the show, naming Rose Squared Art Shows/Art-Linx LLC as additionally insured
• Free parking; special artist hotel rate at Fairfield Executive Best Western: $140+tax
• Rose Squared has negotiated ACT insurance discounts: $25 off yearly ACT Pro Policy (code rosesquared25); $5 off single show ACT Go (code rosesquared5)
• Artists responsible for proper insurance and protection of work and booth; Rose Squared not liable for damage due to weather, accidents, or unrelated incidents
