About
Submit up to 3 works in any medium (images, video, audio, or installation) depicting fellow citizens living their lives and participating in American democracy, inspired by the goals of the U.S. Constitution's Preamble.
Overview
Studio Montclair invites artists to submit work that illustrates fellow citizens living their lives and participating in the 250-year-old experiment in democracy that is the United States of America. Work should respond to the goals outlined in the U.S. Constitution's Preamble: forming a more perfect union, establishing justice, ensuring domestic tranquility, providing for common defense, promoting general welfare, and securing liberty for present and future generations. Artists are encouraged to think creatively when choosing which aspect to depict. Juror: Jeremy Moss, curator and multi-discipline artist.
