Artists and craftspeople of all mediums are invited to register to participate in FAVA's 4th annual Art Fair in the Square in Oberlin, Ohio's historic downtown Tappan Square, with a 10' x 10' booth space for the sale of handmade items.
Overview
The Firelands Association for the Visual Arts (FAVA), in partnership with the City of Oberlin, Ohio, invites artists and craftspeople of all mediums to register for the 4th annual FAVA's Art Fair in the Square in Oberlin, Ohio's historic downtown Tappan Square.

- Application deadline: July 15, 2026
- Confirmation of acceptance by August 10, 2026 (early applications notified earlier)
- Event date: Saturday, September 12, 2026, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
- Setup: Saturday, September 12, 2026, 7 a.m.–10 a.m.
- Vendor check-in: Saturday, September 12, 2026, 7 a.m.–9 a.m.
- Booth numbers assigned by August 20, 2026

- Open to artists, guilds, art clubs, and craftspeople

Application requirements
- Submit images: minimum of 3, maximum of 6 (include examples of work and at least one of display if available)
- One application submission per artist
Fee
- Application fee: $50
- Early-bird discount: Use coupon code EARLY26 on or before April 30, 2026 for $10 off your application
Booth and event details
- One 10' x 10' booth space per artist
- All work displayed must be for sale
- Setup time: 7 a.m.–10 a.m. on event day
- Artist check-in at FAVA table in Tappan Square
- Free parking available
- Artist hospitality: morning coffee, water, snacks throughout the day, and access to indoor restrooms at FAVA Gallery, 39 S Main St, Oberlin, OH 44074
