Overview
The 23rd Orchard Lake Fine Art Show by Hot Works is an outdoor juried show ranked among America's Top 100 Art Shows twelve times. Located in West Bloomfield, MI, the show features artists with original, handmade work in all mediums and offers excellent visibility and strong attendance. The event is promoted through TV, radio, print, digital marketing, banners, posters, and postcards.

- Submission deadline: July 18, 2026
- Setup: Friday, July 24, 8:30am–6pm
- Exhibition: Saturday, July 25, 10am–6pm; Sunday, July 26, 10am–5pm
- Teardown: Sunday, July 26, by 9pm
Eligibility & jury
Only artists who create their own original, handmade work may apply. A panel of experienced art professionals juries the show using criteria of originality, technique, execution, and booth presentation. After jury selection, artists are notified of acceptance, rejection, or waitlist status.
How to apply
Submit three images of your most compelling work and one image of your booth setup as it will appear at the show. Early jury and application fee: $35.
Booth fees & rentals
- Booth fee: $475 (due 60 days after acceptance)
- Optional Light Dome tents: $350 (includes setup and teardown)
- Optional Pro-Panel walls: $250 with tent rental (includes setup and teardown)
Location & logistics
The show takes place 100% outdoors on Powers & Daly Roads, south of Maple and west of Orchard Lake Road, West Bloomfield, MI. Artists have convenient nearby parking; patrons enjoy free close-by parking behind the West Bloomfield Medical Center. The location is 45 minutes from Ann Arbor, ideal for back-to-back Michigan shows.

Executive Producer Patty Narozny brings 35+ years of media and event experience, offering an artist-focused environment with Friday move-in, booth sitters, cold water, snacks, 24-hour monitoring, and a well-organized show. Hot Works prioritizes the quality of artwork and artist-patron relationships, intentionally avoiding distractions like loud music and food vendors.
