The MSU Winter Arts and Crafts Show is a seasonal fundraiser for the University Activities Board. The show features over 125 vendors and attracts approximately 8,000 patrons over the weekend, offering high-quality handmade arts and crafts—no resell or wholesale items.

The show takes place inside the MSU Union (49 Abbot Rd, East Lansing, MI 48824) on December 5 & 6, 2026.

  • Single 5x8 booth: $225
  • Double 8x16 booth: $495
  • Application and processing fee: $30
  • Some double booths may be set as an L or set two deep; note special requests in application comments
  • Mass-produced, wholesale, or resale items
  • Work created by third parties (including digital files)
  • Designs predominantly purchased from third-party vendors (including design files or images)
  • 3D printed products
  • Prepared, ready-to-serve meals (e.g., food trucks)

Submit a minimum of 7 images of your handmade work. Review the vendor page and application guide at uabevents.com/annualartscrafts before applying.

Priority acceptance notification goes to returning vendors by August 25. All other applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with final acceptance notifications by November 21.
