Art Emergence is a biennial dedicated to contemporary art by recent graduates from French and European art schools. The 2nd edition will be presented at CENTQUATRE-PARIS in partnership with Artagon, the French Ministry of Culture, the City of Paris, Île-de-France Region, and Seine-Saint-Denis Department.

Artists must hold a Master 2 degree or equivalent from a listed French or European art school, with a diploma project or equivalent post-diploma project from 2025-2026.

Submit a Master 2 diploma project or equivalent post-diploma project of similar scope already produced, or a combination of both, suitable for exhibition.

  • €600 (TTC) compensation: €300 for project adaptation, €200 presentation fee, €100 reproduction rights
  • Travel and accommodation covered for non-Île-de-France residents
  • Transport, installation, and insurance of works included
  • Audiovisual equipment provided
  • Three professional workshops in video (on artist status, copyright, presentation skills)
  • Ongoing artistic and professional mentorship
