Get matched →The 54th Annual Fall Craft Show features over 175 artists and crafters from around the country showcasing fine art and handmade crafts including jewelry, woodworking, textiles, glass work, metalwork, and ceramics. The show attracts around 12,500 visitors each year. Chester's craft shows have been running for more than 50 years. Historic Chester has a wonderful shopping district just steps away with over 80 specialty shops, restaurants, and eateries.
All work must be original and the design of the exhibitor. Items must be made skillfully by hand and show a high level of skill, creativity, and imagination. Pieces with minimal crafting will not be accepted. Wholesale items and buy/sell goods are not permitted. Pre-approved artists (those with preapproved status before the 2024 Chester Spring Craft Show application period) may skip jury process if their discipline and items have not changed. Emerging artists receive case-by-case consideration and may require additional jury photos/video.

Jury selection ensures highest quality of craftsmanship. If approved, acceptances sent in order applications were received until category is full. Jewelry artists should apply ASAP due to high volume. If category is full when your application is approved, you have the option to be waitlisted and will be accepted in the order your application was received if space becomes available.

Setup: Friday setup and Sunday teardown. Professional staff onsite during entire show. Overnight security. Free vendor parking (one vehicle or trailer up to cargo van size per exhibitor; larger vehicles may require street parking). Show guide for attendees. Extensive promotion.
Rain or shine event; your application is a firm commitment to attend and exhibit. No refunds will be granted for any reason, including weather. Vendors expected to remain until show is called. In wet conditions, vehicles may be restricted from field entry. Participants must mark application and contact organizers if bringing U-Haul, box truck, or RV. Quiet generators only allowed in Park Ave and Row A/N Field spaces with prior approval.
Regular application for pre-packaged food exhibitors only; may serve samples but not sell open food or beverages. Health regulations and food handler's permits required. Health permit fee $50 (Borough of Chester). Additional fee $65 for generator permit if needed for samples.
