Occultus seeks artworks that live in the boundary between art and the occult. The exhibition explores the point at which art becomes ritual or sacred practice, when the act of creation becomes a deeper exploration of the mysteries of the cosmos. Works that illuminate or speak to hidden knowledge, play with magical and natural forces, or dream of non-traditional divinities are welcome. Works exploring cosmic and metaphysical themes are of particular interest.
