La Ruta del Encuentro is a competition seeking 7 artworks to be part of a 21-mural public art circuit on the future Metro Line 7 in Santiago. Selected works will be displayed in stations connecting Renca to Vitacura, becoming part of a visual journey that connects territories, communities, and diverse perspectives through art.

Open to artists from Chile.

A jury composed of figures from art, culture, architecture, communications, and cultural management will select the seven winning works. The jury is presided by Javier Pinto (founder of Corporación MetroArte) and includes numerous cultural professionals and the Minister of Cultures, Arts and Heritage.

La Ruta del Encuentro is promoted by the Arte Banking coalition (BCI, Banco BICE, BTG Pactual, Banco de Chile, Banco Consorcio, Banco Falabella, Banco Internacional, Banco Itaú Chile, Banco Ripley, Banco Santander, and Scotiabank Chile) and developed by Corporación 3xi in conjunction with Metro de Santiago and Corporación MetroArte, as a project under the Law of Cultural Donations.
