Overview
ArtXtravaganza is Webb School of Knoxville's annual art show and sale, now in its 25th year. The three-day celebration features original artworks—ranging from paintings to sculptures, photography to woodwork, glass and metal works to jewelry—at a variety of price points. Proceedings support Webb School of Knoxville's visual and performing arts programs and an arts education program in the Knoxville community.

Fees
- Application fee: $35.00
- Booth fee: $150.00 (one booth per artist)
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled by December 15, 2026
- Partial refund ($75.00) if cancelled by December 30, 2026
- Forfeiture of $150.00 booth fee if cancelled after December 30, 2026
Sales Commission & Agreement
Webb School of Knoxville retains 30% of the gross proceeds from any and all sales made during ArtXtravaganza. A detailed explanation is provided in the contract and commission agreement. All exhibitors are required to submit a completed W-9 form with Social Security Number or Employee Identification Number for IRS purposes.
