Perform Europe – the European funding scheme for cross-border touring in the performing arts sector – is calling for proposals from performing arts professionals and organisations legally based in 41 Creative Europe countries for tours between 1 March 2027 and 31 January 2028.

Applicants must be performing arts professionals and organisations legally based in 41 Creative Europe countries. Applications must be submitted by partnerships comprising at least 3 partners from 3 different Creative Europe countries.

Proposals must include at least one finished performing arts work from circus, dance, outdoor arts, performance art, puppetry or theatre (excluding live music and opera) to be presented in a minimum of 3 Creative Europe countries.

The call encourages partnerships to propose touring proposals that can lead to real change in the sector, with a focus on inclusion and diversity, fight against climate change, and fair practices. Particular attention will be given to proposals involving underrepresented regions and communities.
