Get matched →Popps Packing invites serious studio artists to apply for a 1-3 month studio residency for the 2027 season. The space accommodates 2 resident artists at a time. Residents will have a private bedroom within a 2-bedroom loft-style studio with access to shared kitchen, bathroom, and communal studio spaces. The residency functions as a studio space first in a concrete loft-style warehouse setting.
Open to artists worldwide at any career stage (emerging, mid-career, established). Artists must have a serious studio practice, be able to live/work alongside other artists, and commit to maintaining the communal environment. Spouses/partners allowed for full stay (non-collaborators); children allowed for full stay. Pets are not allowed.
Popps Packing is a communal environment fostering community among resident artists. The space occasionally hosts small gatherings, public events, workshops, open studios, tours, and other community activities. Residents are encouraged to propose and host public-facing programs such as workshops, performances, open studios, artist talks, or screenings.

Residents may participate in public programming, open studio with fellow residents, give artist talks, teach in studio, lead workshops for the public, and lead skill shares.
