The Book As Art v.14: Ghosted is the fourteenth annual showcase featuring creative interpretations of the book format. The series celebrates beautifully made volumes, sculptural and conceptual interpretations, mixed-media, and one-of-a-kind approaches to the book. Wall-hung and digital interpretations of the book are encouraged.

Artists are invited to explore ghosts, phantom presences, and modern digital disappearance. The theme examines dualities and paradoxes of communication—celebrating the macabre and mysterious, the familiar and fantastic, the clear and cryptic. How do we transform language to fit the digital age? What line is walked between folklore and figment?
