Artwork must not have appeared in a previous Louisa Arts Center show. AI-generated work (DALL-E, Midjourney, etc.) is not accepted. AI-assisted or AI-derived work is acceptable if the greater part is the artist's tangible, intellectual, and creative labor; such work must be acknowledged to the gallery. Judging is not virtual; all artwork must be physically submitted on January 9, 2027, 9:00–11:00 a.m. In-person submissions only; shipped artwork cannot be accepted or returned.

  • Two or more canvases hung together count as separate pieces; two or more canvases within one frame count as one piece

Attach a printed tag to the back of each artwork with: artist name, artwork title, price, and dimensions. Check spelling and capitalization—no corrections can be made after the Wednesday before opening. All 2-D work must be wired for hanging with hardware on both sides of the back.
