ABSTRACT Show Prospectus SEPT 6 – OCT 4, 2026 NORTH COASTAL ART GALLERY AWARDS IN EACH CATEGORY: CASH/RIBBONS/CERTIFICATES Awards : Best of Show - $100, 1st Place - $75, 2nd Place - $50, 3rd Place - $25, and a President’s Award - $50. Check the online Help Tools here before submitting, and then complete your application carefully. Prospectus Overview : (The entire Prospectus is also attached within this application) Only one application is accepted per artist. Accurately Complete all the appropriate fields for your entries. 1 to 3 entries are allowed. No jpg image can be over 2mgs when submitting. 2D may be up to 60"measured diagonally. 3D Wall Hanging may be 50” measured diagonally. 3D Pedestal may not exceed 40H” with a base not to exceed 14x14" 3D Floor-standing sculpture may not exceed 72”H and have a secured base, not tippable. All art collectively must be measured diagonally, with the total of entries not to exceed a total of 100 “ in length (All measured diagonally with the total of all frames) Price must include sales tax. Gallery commission is 20% + 3% for credit card fees (if used). Weight restriction for 2D artwork is not over 8lbs per piece. Entry Fee Members : Up to 2 for $35.00, (minimum), and $15 for any additional 1 entry thereafter. And an obligation to host the Gallery for 3-hour shift. Entry Fee Non-Members : Up to 2 for $40.00, and $15 for any additional 1 entry thereafter. No Gallery obligations. Notification of acceptance is due by August 25, 2026.
