Overview
An open-studio-style exhibition in partnership with The Archive of Destruction and Central Saint Martins, where three emerging sculptors will present their interpretation of destruction and progressively alter and destroy each other's work over three days, concluding with a closing-night Birthday Party.
Who we're looking for
Three emerging sculptors from the UK, working in any material at any scale within reason, with a genuine curiosity about losing control of finished objects and taking control of someone else's work.
What you'll do
Bring your interpretation of destruction (existing or new work). During the three-day exhibition, you will interact with, alter, and progressively destroy the other two artists' pieces while they do the same to yours. The public watches but does not intervene. You will also have full editorial control over your own documentation and may optionally keep a private journal.
What you're agreeing to
You agree to the terms of destruction and transformation for your own piece and to trust the other two artists. Once the show is live, what happens is not scripted, and the organizers will not step in to protect any individual's work. Only the three selected artists will alter the work; visitors will not.

Remuneration
Each artist receives £162.48–£264, calculated at 2 hours × 3 days based on UK artist wage standards (Artists' Union England). This does not cover material costs or travel expenses and is fixed regardless of whether work is pre-existing or newly created.

Emerging sculptors from anywhere in the UK. Any material welcome provided it can be safely exhibited and interacted with. Any scale within reason. Curiosity and openness to experimentation are more important than experience or a finished aesthetic.
