All media, processes, subjects, and aesthetics will be presented in this showcase of art celebrating the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence and founding of the United States of America.

Eligibility
- All two-dimensional and three-dimensional media accepted
- Submissions can range from traditional to conceptual, abstract, or experimental
- All work must be original; NO AI-generated work
- Installation or video work requires prior proposal contact with gallery (by August 14, 2026)
Fees & Entries
- Non-member: $20 for one entry; $35 for up to three entries; $5 per additional entry
- Member: $15 for one entry; $30 for up to three entries; $5 per additional entry
- New memberships available at time of entry for member discount
- Minimum 1 submission; maximum 5 submissions per artist
Presentation Requirements
- All 2D work must be wired for hanging before drop-off; no sawtooth hangers
- Hanging work should not exceed 40 lbs
- 3D work pedestals: 24"×24" or 20" diameter
- Video work must come with display equipment
- All work remains on display for duration of exhibition
- Displayed artworks may be photographed for promotion
Awards & Sales
- Awards presented for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, and honorable mention
- HCA retains 30% commission on all artwork sold in gallery
- Artists should maintain consistent pricing based on previous sales
