AWA members only. In-person member-only exhibition.
Entry Fees
- $15 per artist for up to 3 works
- Entry fees must be paid online by the deadline using a credit card
- Entry fees are not refundable

Work Requirements
- All work must be original in concept and execution and must not be a copy or largely derivative of another person's work
- Work must have been completed within the past three (3) years
- Minimum size for any artwork submitted is 150 square inches (H x W = SQ inches)
- Work produced in any class, group session, or workshop or under the guidance of an instructor is NOT acceptable
- The use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in any way is not allowed
- The use of digital, photo, or other mechanical transference of an image to the substrate is NOT acceptable
Framing and Presentation
- Simple wood or metal framing for all accepted work, other than canvases clearly sold as gallery wrap
- Unusually ornate and brightly colored frames may not be used
- Gallery wrap canvases must be a minimum 1½" stretcher frame without exposed staples; must be painted on all sides
- Works displayed under glass must have acid-free mats and backing board
- All mats and backing boards shall be neutral in color (white, off-white, light gray, etc.); NO primary colored mats
- For works exceeding 25" in height and width, plexiglass is suggested
- All paintings must be wired and ready to hang with D-Rings (PREFERRED) or screw eyes and wire on two-dimensional work; NO sawtooth hangers
