Overview

CICA Museum invites artists worldwide to participate in Photography Now 2027, the International Exhibition of Photography. The exhibition welcomes works ranging from traditional and digital photography to experimental practices, including image manipulation and AI-generated photography, and aims to explore diverse perspectives on photography and its role as representation, medium, expression, and communication.

Key dates

  • Submission deadline: August 20, 2026
  • Exhibition dates: April 7–25, 2027 (subject to change)

Media and submission options

  • Digital Photography and 2D Digital Art: Selected works will be printed on A3 (297 × 420 mm) foam poster board and installed by curators and assistants. Works may be printed and framed in different sizes upon request with additional fees. If a special printing process is required, artists may print and frame independently and ship to the Museum.
  • Physical Photography Prints/Installation Art: Artists are responsible for shipping and delivering their physical works to and from CICA Museum, including all associated costs.

Size requirements

  • Two-dimensional works should not exceed 39 inches (1 m) on the longest side
  • Installation pieces should remain within 39 × 39 × 79 inches (1 × 1 × 2 m, width × length × height)
  • Wall-mounted works must weigh no more than 10 kg
  • Works exceeding these limits: specify in your submission email
