Bethanne joined the Arts Commission team in 2018 and was instrumental in integrating Salesforce into agency operations. She then managed the agency’s migration to Google’s office suite, providing a model for other state agencies as they made their own transition to Google, and in 2022 managed the agency’s adoption of a new grants management system, SurveyMonkey Apply.
Bethanne leaves the Arts Commission to take on a new role as the Director of Operations and Development at Xico, Inc .
We wish Bethanne the best as she embarks on this new phase of her career and thank her for eight years of dedicated public service.
As part of an agency-wide restructuring, the Arizona Commission on the Arts will announce a pair of new job openings before the end of 2026. We are currently accepting applications for the entry-level position of Finance and Operations Coordinator .
