Overview
The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) State & Regional Partnership Agreement grants are awarded to the nation's 56 state and jurisdictional arts agencies (SAAs) and the six regional arts organizations (RAOs) with geographically-defined SAA memberships.
Eligibility
- SAA Partnership Agreement grants are limited to the fifty state and six jurisdictional arts agencies
- RAO Partnership Agreement grants are limited to the six U.S. Regional Arts Organizations
- No other organizations may apply to the Partnership Agreement grants category

How to Apply
Before submitting an application, you must register with Login.gov, the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov, and Grants.gov. Registration can take several weeks. Applications are submitted through Grants.gov using the pre-populated Grant Opportunity Package (Funding Opportunity Number 2027NEA04PA).
