Ranked the #1 Fine Art and Design Show in Sunshine Artist Magazine's "200 Best List" in 2023, 2019, 2012 & 2011, this juried fine arts and fine crafts show is consistently ranked one of the top in the country. The 3rd Street Section of the St. James Court Art Show has approximately 90 artists within a show of 600 total artists, held in the Old Louisville Historic District downtown. More than 250,000 people visit annually. Admission is free and the event is held rain or shine.

Artist amenities include parking behind the booth for artists located on 3rd Street, artist breakfast and lunch all three days, booth sitters, and volunteer staff.

The show takes place in the 1400 Block S 3rd Street in the Old Louisville Historic District, Louisville, Kentucky. It is an outdoor event featuring one of the largest collections of Victorian homes in the country as a backdrop.
