About
Overview
We Made This is an art fair celebrating the creative power of women and gender-expansive artists. Over 65 artists will exhibit their work across two floors of The Machine Shop in Northeast Minneapolis during Women's History Month. The event is free to attend and features hands-on creative activities, community, and connection.

Eligibility
Open to women and gender-expansive artists. Artists may apply once per media. Collaborating artists may apply to participate, but only joint work may be shown and sold; both names must appear on all application materials.
Application Requirements
Submit five (5) images: four images of current work and one booth image. All work to be exhibited must be represented in the images. Each of the four work images should feature individual pieces that accurately represent the body of work to be exhibited.
Jury Process
Approximately 65 artists will be selected through a competitive jury process based on jury score within each category. At least 2 rounds of invitations are standard. Jury takes place January 4–8, 2027, with results emailed January 15, 2027.

- Application Fee: $25 (non-refundable)
- Standard Booth Fee (8×8): $375
- Standard Corner Booth Fee (8×8): $450
- Discounted Booth Fee (8×8 on 2nd floor): $275
- Double booths available by purchasing two single booths

- Booth purchasing opens: January 18, 2027 at 9am
- Deadline for booth purchases: January 25, 2027
- Deadline for artist cancellation with full refund: January 29, 2027. 50% refund for cancellations January 30–February 5. No refunds after February 5. (No refunds for application fees regardless of cancellation date)
