Overview

The 62nd Annual Art Harvest, presented by the Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin, is a highly respected juried show featuring original work by artists working in multiple media. The show has grown from a small sidewalk art show over six decades ago to one of the largest autumn art shows in the Tampa Bay area, attracting thousands of visitors and over 200 artists.

Eligibility

Open to all artists; original work only. Award winners from Art Harvest November 2025 are automatically accepted into their awarded category and exempt from the jury process (but must submit application, images, and fees to confirm participation).

Media Categories

• Ceramics: Original clay and porcelain work other than jewelry, handmade by the artist
• Digital Art: Original work executed using a computer; digital images printed must be signed and limited to a numbered edition of no more than 250
• Fibers: Work crafted from fibers including basketry, embroidery, weaving, leatherwork, tapestry, and papermaking
• Glass: Glass works (functional or decorative) by kiln-forming or glass blowing, molding, or casting
• Graphics: Works created using dry media (chalk, charcoal, pastels, pencil, wax crayons) or fluid media of inks and washes; hand-manipulated printed works must be properly signed and numbered as a limited edition

Application Requirements

• Completed online application (one artist per entry, unless collaborating)
• Submit four (4) digital images: three (3) of individual artwork pieces and one (1) of booth display
• Images must be 1920 x 1920 pixels and accurately represent work to be exhibited
• Blind jury process: do not include artist names, business names, or photos of the artist in any image
• Application/jury fee: $40.00 (non-refundable)

• Best of Show: $5,000
• Award of Distinction: $2,000
• Two (2) Awards of Excellence: $1,000 each
• Two (2) Awards of Merit: $500 each

• Overnight security provided during the weekend

Jury & Selection Process

The jury consists of a panel of two experienced art professionals (museum curators, gallery owners, professional artists, and art educators). Decisions are based solely on the quality of work in submitted images using a blind jury process with multiple rounds. Artistic excellence and a well-balanced show are the selection criteria. Top-scored artists receive invitations; no established quotas exist for individual media categories. Artists must achieve a minimum score to be considered.
