Overview
The Other Art Fair is a global gathering representing independent artists since 2011, hosting 10 in-person fairs each year across the UK and US. Each fair combines emerging artworks from over 100 independent artists with immersive installations and performances.
2026 Fair Dates & Application Deadlines
- Los Angeles: September 24–27, 2026 (Applications Closed)
- London: October 8–11, 2026 (Applications Closed)
- Atlanta: October 1–4, 2026 (Applications Due Now)
- Phoenix: November 12–15, 2026 (Applications Due July 30, 2026)
- Chicago: December 17–20, 2026 (Applications Due August 16, 2026)
Why Apply
Sell your work, grow your collector base, and join the artist community at a curated, high-traffic fair.
Application Process
- Submit free application with details about yourself, your practice, and images of your work.
- All applications reviewed by Fair Director and a Selection Committee of art world experts.
- Once selected, confirm your place with a signed agreement and 30% stand deposit.
- Remaining 70% deposit due 6 weeks prior to the first day of the Fair.
Stand Prices
All stands include white walls and basic lighting. Prices vary by city and booth size, ranging from $650 (Chicago Artisan Edit 8×8) to $5,670 (Los Angeles 32×96 linear feet). Customizations available for additional cost.
Art Sales Commission
An 18% commission is taken on all art sales made onsite, which covers processing fees and complimentary wrapping for buyers. This rate also applies to post-Fair orders taken within one month of the Fair closing if the customer found you at one of the Fairs.
Emerging Artists
The New Futures program is designed to launch the careers of emerging artists through prizing that includes free exhibition space and mentorship.
