This application is for vendors selling physical products only, including craft and artisanal goods as well as pre-packaged food items (spices, honey, cookies, packaged treats). This application is not for food trucks, hot food or catering vendors, musicians, workshops, sponsors, balloon artists, face painters, florists, coffee vendors, or other service-based or experience-driven businesses. While many vendors are based in Southern California, you do not have to be a local resident to apply.
We consider booth presentation, craftsmanship and skill level, aesthetic and style, branding, website and online presence, ethical practices, and price point. We prioritize artists and makers heavily or entirely involved in the design and production of their handmade goods. Preference is given to original work reflecting strong craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and attention to detail. We aim to curate a balanced and diverse vendor lineup, avoiding oversaturation of any single product type. We are committed to representing artists and makers from a wide range of racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
Every listing links to the organizer's official page. Always confirm deadlines, fees, and entry rules there before you apply.
There is a non-refundable $20 application fee; if accepted, this does not apply toward your booth fee. All accepted makers must participate both days. If selecting a half-booth, you will share a full booth space with one other vendor; both vendors must apply and be accepted independently. You may select your booth partner or Makers Arcade will match you.
Vendors must donate 10–15 promotional gifts with a combined wholesale value of $75 for giveaways. Alternatively, you may opt out and pay a $50 fee (included in all vendor invoices and refundable if items are received by the due date). Indoor and outdoor booths may leave setups on the Pier overnight with security; items not left at outdoor booths can be stored inside the pier building.
Once all categories are full, Makers Arcade will open a waitlist application. Interested vendors are encouraged to apply so their place in line is held and they can be notified if a spot becomes available.
