Overview
A bi-annual artist residency program between CEAAC (Strasbourg) and Basis e.V. Frankfurt, supported by the Region Grand Est, the City of Strasbourg, and the Cultural Service of the City of Frankfurt. The exchange alternates between hosting artists in Frankfurt and Strasbourg.
