Head Start & Early Head Start programs provide quality comprehensive child development services focused on family support, education, health, nutrition, and mental health. The program creates a safe, secure, and culturally relevant environment to help children acquire skills necessary for school readiness.
Programs Offered
- Head Start: 101 federally funded seats for ages 3-5 years old
- Early Head Start: 48 federally funded seats for ages 6 weeks to 3 years old, plus services for 3 expectant mothers
- Umonhon culture enrichment and parent involvement support
- Dental, vision, hearing, and lead screenings for enrolled children
- Mental, social, emotional, and physical development activities

- Breakfast, lunch, and snack provided daily
- Classroom hours: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Hours of operation: 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM
