The Gulbenkian Foundation's French Delegation partners with CENTQUATRE-PARIS for the fourth year to support, reward, and promote artists working in collaborative art, participatory art, and practices for social inclusion. The program selects innovative projects centered on co-creation and community engagement.

  • Application deadline: April 26, 2026
  • Prize ceremony: June 24, 2026
  • Program launch: March 2027

Four artists or artistic teams will be selected. Each laureate receives €10,000 per project to cover technical and artistic production costs and artist fees. Additional funding may be sought from partner structures.

  • Visual arts practitioners or teams eligible
  • Individual, duo, or collective applications accepted
  • Interdisciplinary projects welcome if visual arts is the primary discipline
  • Projects in development or pilot stage only; completed projects excluded
  • Group commitment letter required describing their role and involvement in co-creation and project support
