Selected works will be featured in the globally distributed e-magazine, YOSN Art Series, Vol. 2: Type Design, Visual Poetry & Letterform Experiments. YOSN, meaning Young Mountain, represents passion, ambition, creativity, and the power of a new generation.
The open call explores how type is not merely a communication tool but also reflects complex cultural backgrounds. It invites artists to imagine how different type designs influence emotions, how letters form visual poetry, how graphic elements create single letters, and how calligraphy can be aesthetically exaggerated. Submissions can be anything, even a simple letter design, from any language or culture.
Artists from all around the world are welcome to submit their artworks. Everyone is eligible for this opportunity.
Every listing links to the organizer's official page. Always confirm deadlines, fees, and entry rules there before you apply.
The YOSN Art Series, Vol. 2 is planned to be distributed through platforms including Yumpu, Lulu, Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, and additional platforms in the future.
